Main purpose of the job :
Responsible and focus on expanding and strengthening partnerships to drive new business growth. Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating potential partners in growth areas, determining strategic plan end execution, fostering strong relationships and developing market strategies with partner.
Job responsibilities:

Responsible for sales targets performance of Philips indirect channel. Responsible for partner satisfaction and Business targets definition and realization of these targets.

Perform all required processes in partner management and drive continuous improvement

Works with own group of managed partners to achieve the defined business goals and to grow their preference towards Philips as a trusted partner. Drive enablement programs for own partners

Support KAM in communication with partners on particular issues

Manage account receivables and ensure payment discipline of managed partners to avoid overdue payments.

Collaborates and manages indirect channel partners to facilitate project realization on the assigned territory.

Participation in/leading of assigned internal transformation initiatives in area of partner management

Execution of other tasks defined by Head of Department and in the defined area of accountability .
Job requirements :

English level upper-intermediate
-
Sales experience in Medical equipment area 5+ years

Commercial expertise - practitioner
