We re seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead Data Analytics who will be responsible for providing high-quality and fast analytical support to our customers.

Responsibilities:
Operational management of the analytical support area:
-
Together with the department head, decomposition of the direction's strategy/development plan to the level of projects/tasks;

Application of tactical management methods (tools, methods, approaches to achieve the strategic goals of the department/direction);
-
Implementation of projects/tasks from the strategy/development plan of the direction;
-
Regular communication and discussion of the strategy/development plan with the direction team;
-
Supporting and ensuring the team's operational activities (resolving emerging issues, working through the team's processes);
-
Improving the efficiency of the operational work processes of the referral team and interaction with related teams;
-
Ensuring the department's knowledge base is updated and replenished;
-
Completion of monthly customer analytical metrics;
-
Organizing and controlling the work of Contractors (Junior Support Analysts, Operators).
Ensuring client success in using the company's products and services by providing quality end to end analytics:
-
Monitoring the performance of targeted analytics metrics across customers;
-
Participate in solving complex cases and accuracy escalations using existing tools and methods or implementing new ones with L3 Analyst involvement.

Participate in escalation meetings with customers to resolve issues impeding customer success. Initiate such meetings independently when required, synchronizing with CSM and project analyst;

Communication with related departments as required to resolve cross functional issues in their area of responsibility;

Prepare and communicate to the CSM a set of questions to assess client satisfaction with the data quality from the Ailet solution.
Personnel Management:
-
Resource planning and directional hiring;
-
Ongoing work with the team: regular performance reviews and formation of individual team development plans taking into account the strategic plans of the direction;

Ensuring that the required competences are in place to implement projects/tasks from the strategy/development plan;
-
Applying HR management practices at the required level to achieve departmental and line of business goals;
-
Engaging the team in the process and delegating effectively;
-
Dealing with and resolving complex conflict situations in the department;
-
Developing mentoring and coaching to transfer and reinforce core competencies;
-
Hiring professionals in a manner that is tailored to the company's culture and needs.
Requirements:
Essential:
-
Experience in managing a team of 5+ people for 2+ years;
-
Experience in building internal and cross functional processes;
-
Experience with B2B SaaS products and/or FMCG, Retail companies (ideally if B2B SaaS for FMCG, Retail);
-
English B2;
-
Excellent knowledge of Excel (advanced user), ability to write macros.
Nice to have:

Experience with data visualization tools (BI);
-
Experience with SQL;
-
Knowledge of data analysis tools using Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib);
-
Knowledge of FMCG and Retail specifics;
-
Experience of working in an international team.
